I walked into this office and I heard someone in the back. I said hello to let them know I am at the office. She ( Don) snapped back in a not so nice tone. I was not offered water or tea before my massage like I used to be offered in the past. I used the bathroom and it was like a gas station bathroom with Poo in the toilet and trash overflowing. I had the absolutely worst booking and customer service experience I’ve had in Mammoth Lakes. When I arrived I was told I didn’t book an appointment. I had booked an appointment on the Simply Massage website. It prompted me to create an account which I did. I then had to book the appointment again from scratch which I did, and checked out. I paid $145 in advance for the sports massage and received a receipt. When I arrived I was told I didn’t book the appointment. I’m have been to Simply Massage a few times. The location is perfect, especially if you are staying at the Village. It’s easy to book an appointment either using the app, or calling. The staff is very accommodating and will do their best to work with your schedule. This time my appointment was with Daniel. He is very professional, focused on the problematic areas, using the perfect techniques and pressure. I wish I had booked the 90 minutes instead of the 60 minutes with him.
