I filed a dispute for my credit card because I was charged a unauthorized $40 tip. A female staff member began physically pushing me as I was walking into one of the rooms for service.
Very disappointing experience. I checked in was taken to a treatment room quoted $70 which I paid after waiting for a masseuse for several minutes someone else came in and was told $60 for one hour and offered a table shower which I was not offered. I’m not sure why this was But it was rather disappointing to be charged a different rate and not be offered the same service as another client. If this is how they do business, I will not be back.
Great service with a good attitude. A little bit of a language barrier but the staff kept asking if I was comfortable and if they were pressing too hard or soft. Nice massage with a table shower.
Sofia did an amazing job! Every massage I’ve had has been great. Deep tissue and regular. The ladies are very kind and do a great job to make you comfortable.
