I highly recommend Doc Ryan for your physical therapy needs. I had lower back/glute pain earlier in 2025 so bad I couldn't walk two blocks. After about 10 weeks of PT, 100% of the pain was gone. It was amazing. The stretches and strengthening weren't easy. But they worked. 100% recommend Resilience PT.
Ryan's Philosophy: "Why don't we make you strong?" After knee surgery, I knew I needed more than the minimum to get me back to an active lifestyle. After the prescribed physical therapy by insurance, I still walked with a lingering limp and it was disheartening. Ryan was different than any other PT I've been to. He took the time to understand not what the problem was at that time but what led up to it and the true root cause. He took the time to listen and didn't prescribe exercises that would just mask the true problem. His approach with innovative ideas and practices were a true game changer and got me back to where I was before I had any issues. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
