I started coming here 3-4 years ago and I have never had a bad experience here at this location, the young lady there is always very friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I have arthritis in my hands so I always ask them to open the juice I buy and now she remembers me and does it for me, I’ve occasionally stopped into other stores and I’ve always been disappointed so I always come to 723 Richmond Rd location
The guy working the was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. Told him what I was looking for and showed me some vapes that I might be interested in. And gave me some insight to my juice that I use that I was not aware of. I wish I got his name so I could give him props on this review but I'll date it and give the estimated time so if anyone by chance knows him tell him thank you for being a great salesman and keep up the great work. 04-15-2026 around 10:45 am.
Been shopping here for a long time and have been getting increasingly fed up with how greedy this company is. Anytime there’s a problem with their product, they will not own up to it or make it right. For instance, they discounted some pouches to liquidate them, which seems perfectly fine until you try them and they cause the lining of your mouth literally fall out.
