Communication with the office is very poor. The message stated that repeated calls would have a punitive effect on the future calls. However calls are not returned during office hours. Days went by before I had a return call. After the first visit at the office and filling out pages of statements that release the office from any and all responsibilities for care, there was a red flag in my opinion. In my experience, this practice is far more cosmetic than medicinal. If you are looking for genuine medical treatment, ongoing monitoring, and responsive communication when something goes wrong, I strongly encourage you to think carefully before becoming a patient here. In the beginning, everything seemed excellent. They were attentive, responsive, and had no problems. Seemed great in the beginning but its clear that you quickly become nothing more than another name on a list. I have been waiting 3 months for MRI approval with no communication from them unless I initiate. There were some initial insurance issues which I will own but those were resolved 4/8 which is when they confirmed the new insurance and said they would submit right away. They confirmed via text multiple times that they submitted the claim but after calling my insurance company today I found out it wasnt submitted until ... read more
