Seemed great in the beginning but its clear that you quickly become nothing more than another name on a list. Patients please BEWARE! As a provider myself who works the industry I am simply dumbfounded and how I’ve been so unprofessionally mistreated ! The staff here will take calls and not document leaving weeks on end 3-4 times waiting for some sort of reply for a prescription to be filled! When I became more assertive asking for immediate attention due to lack of responses , I was dropped from her practice via some cookie cutter chat GPT reply! Super down to earth. Staff is knowledgeable and does not make you feel less than! No question is a stupid question. The communication is open and they are very responsive. Tristan especially will do his best to find out the answer to any questions you have when you are unable to make it into the office!
Stephanie is WONDERFUL! She spends time with you and listens to everything you have to say. I feel like myself again and I couldn’t recommend Stephanie more!
