They cut off my Internet over a $28.22 bill. That wasn't even due to be paid for another 2 weeks according to their customer service line. And it's $50 to reinstate the internet. It costs less to get your internet set up with any company in town. And most companies are reputable enough that they do not cut your service off when you are less than one month behind.
I thought about reviewing 702 Communications many times, but each time the internet was down.
STAY AWAY!!! I was just forced to move from Midco to 702 because you know, apartment...I'm assuming because they're cheaper. Almost immediately I noticed streaming services and web pages and pictures on the web taking forever to load. I'm talking about dial up, AOL, dark ages of internet chit. These guys are seriously garbage for internet. The crew has some nice good people, but I have to say that the manager is nosy and rude. Just bad vibes from that guy. Wireless wifi was horrible for me. Super slow. Lost internet atleast once or twice a month. Was told by technical support staff that I was in a bad area and should probably look for another provider. I took their advice, glad I did. Maybe they should stop offering service in "bad areas". Very, very unsatisfied with their wireless wifi. Don't waste your time like I did. Save yourself alot of frustration and look for a different provider. A big waste of time and money for me.
