702 has been my internet provider for 6yrs. Very few problems arise. And customer service is always helpful when needed.
Been a customer for 9 years and never had any big issues and if something came up, they were quick to answer and fix it! The employees all have been super friendly.
Constantly crashing
They failed to set up my internet despite charging me. When I called I kept getting pushed back waiting days for a return call. Avoid at all cost. Terrible service.
They called us because they couldn't process the payment after we changed our card, but no one picks up when we try calling them back. They really need to improve their customer service. Update: They contacted me right away and resolved my issue. Thank you!
