They failed to set up my internet despite charging me. When I called I kept getting pushed back waiting days for a return call. Avoid at all cost. Terrible service.
They called us because they couldn't process the payment after we changed our card, but no one picks up when we try calling them back. They really need to improve their customer service. Update: They contacted me right away and resolved my issue. Thank you!
Called on Saturday and said they would call back day later still no call back, customer service needs help.
I have NEVER had this many problems with an internet provider. Bad investment.
