Absolutely amazing company and very kind. I was an idiot and decided to order a shoe I'd never worn in person before - just to find out after my first run - it was definitely not a great choice. They very kindly exchanged the shoes without any issue. I will be 100% ordering any and all shoes (that I've worn in person before that is haha - not doing that again) from this shop in the future if they have it in stock.
I ordered online and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Delivery was very fast, and the thoughtful handwritten note in my package made it feel extra special. I hope I’ll have the chance to visit their store in Salida one day, but in the meantime they are definitely at the top of my list for my next pair of running shoes. Highly recommended!
This place is the best. Staff are great, the owner, Andrew, is awesome and always super helpful. They don't try to oversell you and know how to find the right shoe for what you need.
I rolled into town without a pair of hiking shoes just before closing on a Saturday. Evan and Jackson humored my bad ideas and then suggested a shoe that wasn’t even on my radar, the Mafate Speed 4. They turned out to be a a great fit for what I’ve been doing over the last few weeks. A nice balance between enough cushion while retaining the grip and stability on steep terrain.
