I’m a CDT hiker and called from the trail with some shoe issues and Andrew extended himself so much to make sure that everything was right. I cannot recommend this store enough - everyone is incredibly kind and knowledgeable and I hope to be back someday. Thank you!!!
I’ve had amazing experiences here both in buying new models of shoes I already liked and also getting great suggestions on new styles and models to try out. Staff is always so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend. Plus you can bring in your work out shoes for donation/recycling too!
I bought a pair of shoes online, the nnormal kboix. They sent the wrong midsoles, and when i messaged them about getting the wrong midsoles, they responded immediately. Aaron and Andrew were very nice to work with and wanted to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
