Sounds baths at 7 notes natural health are one of the most interesting, and seemingly accidental ways to relax. But its no accident, as Rob's blend of musical and medical knowledge, along with his super caring personality, creates the magic. These are therapeutic while being a fun musical experience.
I attended a sound therapy education class with Dr. Rob recently. I enjoyed the history, presentation and hands on experience with 'seeing' sound at work. Q&A time did not disappoint either. It was a great class and I am looking forward to enjoying more classes and other services offered by 7 Notes Natural Health. We are fortunate to have Dr. Rob in our area!

It was time for me to find relief for physical pain that was was limiting my range of motion. Before my appointment I couldn't comfortably bend my knee and my everything was hurting. After my appointment I was surprised that I was able to easily bend my knee and the pain was gone. Dr. Rob even commented that I looked taller. I felt taller. Thank you Dr Rob for restoring my quality of life.
