Got two beds here. Got delivered at the timeframe it said when placed an order. However, got the wrong information at the beginning. They called me and corrected my order after couple days. Got discount due to this which made me thought this retailer was the greatest furniture retailer in the area. After got the bed, found out that one of the bed is different than what we talked about when placed an order. Mia was beyond receptive to our uncertainties and gave us both the time and space to make our decisions while in the store. And when it came time to move forward with customizing and pricing she was right there with us. Both Mia and Bobbie (manager) could not have done anything more for us. Purchase a sectional in December 2024 the back of the cushion was buckling, notified the manufacture along with the salesperson to clarify the situation and upholster guy came out. He suggested I get the padding fixed. I wanted the couch replaced five months later nothing has been done. I will not recommend this place to anyone for the price of the furniture was not the quality I expected.
Wanted to share our great experience with the furniture delivery crew, Jose, Victor and Roberto. The were right on time, called us when they were 5 minutes away to confirm and were very careful every step of the way. We still don't know how they managed to get the love seat and especially the couch into the home. They had no room to spare but figured it out as they were determined.
