The workers inside are super friendly and always figure out my wic without any issues. However , getting them on the phone is nearly impossible. I've called 50+ times this morning to reschedule an appointment that I have and I can't get anyone on the phone. Then it goes to voicemail but the voicemail is full so what am I to do. I'll be the one blamed for missing the appointment even though I can't reschedule because I can't get anyone on the phone and can't leave a message. It's very frustrating.
