Welcome to the neighborhood...This store has every Caribbean food delight you can imagine. Fresh whole fish...a butcher excellent fruit and fabulous tacos. Monday and Wednesday are taco special days where for under 5 bucks you can get 3 taco's. $1.49 a piece. Chicken, Pork or beef...even chorizo....and now a combination. If you need dairy or just about anything. You can get it here. Great store nicely managed and very polite staff. Be patient however when orderng tacos unless you speak Spanish. I work at home off Desoto so this place my go to for lunch. Go to the back of store with the Tacos on the right and the rest of the food on the left. If you don't speak Spanish don't panic hit up the older guy with hat and glasses. Everything I have tried is good with Ox tail with beans and rice being my #1. Took pictures of menu.. Grocery store is limited and a little on the pricey side.
Unbelievable they sell you empanadas that have no meat or anything in them whatsoever the quality has really gone Down but their prices continue to go up never again will i shop here. I used to shop here on a regular basis you order a steak sandwich and Now they give you half of a steak cut in half to fill in the bread no Thanks I'll spend my money were it's Valued
Pleasantly surprised to see such a large kitchen in the back with fresh, ready made food. I dove in to the tacos right away. I had 2 chicken and 2 steak. Very tasty. The only thing that hurt a little was the frailness of the tortilla. The taco was so big the tortilla couldn't hold up, otherwise delicious.
Horrible and nasty costumers attention. Especially from the owners, they also treat very poorly female workers, and very high prices 🤬
