Locks down the 7 eleven, denies access to the public, we cant even go inside to get our basic necessities. While she is inside doing her arranging and odd jobs. Very bad and ignorant behaviour.
We’ve had two unpleasant experiences with a female staff member working the night shift. On our first visit, we were getting a Bolognese pasta that’s supposed to be part of the 7-meal deal. When we asked if it could be made into a meal, she dismissively told us to check the board. The board only showed onigiri and sandwich options, so we politely showed her the app confirming the pasta was included. She rolled her eyes and refused to listen or help. Very useful for residents here. In emergency, we can still get basic items to eat, or panadol and others. But sad they don't stock up on Eno, panadol and other medicines when finished.
That one female staf with the black hijab is very rude and give attitude to me personally every time I go there. Today 31 march I went there to buy slushies and she told me rudely to stop it made me angry but I didn’t say anything and left. Consider my review and do something about it. Thank you
