I had an unpleasant experience with one of the cashiers today. He (foreigner) handled my items roughly during checkout and placed the scanner down forcefully, which came across as unprofessional. I hope the store can remind staff to handle customers’ items more carefully and provide better customer service.
The staff (Nasir) is very friendly and knows the regular customers taste and preference very well. Although space is small, product range is comprehensive. Location is within UOW campus, need to walk in to the campus to access 7-11.
