12 Jan 2026, 8.30pm Just now, I went to the 7 eleven taman keladi store to buy a U Mobile top-up. The female cashier was quite rude. I asked a question politely, but she responded rudely with an unfriendly expression. Is this how customer service is supposed to be? The staff should be trained on proper customer care and professional behavior.
23/7/2025, 11.30pm. Cashier Biadap. Mohon pihak atasan 7E, pantau balik staff anda yg menjadi cashier pada masa yang saya tulis tersebut. Cukup biadap & provok pelanggan secara tiba2. Pada ketika itu, saya hendak topup TNG menggunakan PIN dan meminta secara baik.
