Ada satu staff nama azrin, tolong amik tindakan beliau telah mengacau ketenangan customer perempuan(tunang orang) membeli barang di kedai tersebut. Sila amik tindakan sebelum saya bawa kes ini ke pihak berkuasa.
Girl cashier & guy staff asking customer to pay extra, when trying to let them know they were liked ' apa lu mau? ' , ' then what you want?' RM4.90 charged RM6.30 and acted liked people owed them money instead. When they stared down into the customers face too. Dont want to work dont work, please dont consider customer service field ever again. This is a 7-Eleven beside a Taiping well known hotel, how can it be this bad?
