My wife had a rude experience with a short female Malay staff named Siti ..at 7pm.on Saturday 25 th june.. Over payment of a Tenaga bill, she reacted very badly and in a racial manner..called my wife a Babi..."pig" and closed the door on her. I was sitting in my car outside..and flashed my carlights at her when I witnessed her chasing my wife,a regular customer,out of the shop,then locking the glass door. My wife had just withdrawn money from the ATM.
I had a bad experience with a shop assistant named Siti who called me Babi and tried to chase me out of the shop. Disagreement over a Tenaga bill. Sack or replace her.She gives your shop a bad name. Often lock up the shop. Very rude.
