I would like to provide negative feedback regarding the Indian female staff member. Her attitude and the way she handled customers were not acceptable. She needs proper training on customer service, especially on how to communicate politely, be more attentive, and treat customers with respect. I hope the management can take appropriate action to improve her professionalism.
