VERY UNPROFESSIONAL when it comes to good customer service, I had the worst experienced in this store where one of there lady cashier messed up with my order and I never even had a single apology from her. She is the worst ever and I am done complaining this lady to the customer service via email. She needs more training and manners! Far from my experience with other local branch and in JAPAN branches. Seriously this is a bad customer service!
