Waited so long for the staff ( male staff looks sabahan, hair like group st12.) to come at the counter. When he came to the counter with an lazy attitude 2 hand in the pockets. Lazy to serve customer with only 1 hand. If lazy then no need work. Dont know what is the function 2 hands in pocket..u think you are now working as model? *bad customer service.
Very poor customer service by the guy in the night shift. Shouted at me and other customers telling us to leave and he would close the store multiple times throughout the day without any notice.
Terrible customer service! This is the 3rd time I’ve faced this. I had to wait at the counter for 10 minutes just to check out for an urgent purchase. When I called for help, Pakistani look showed a very angry and rude attitude. Extremely impolite and unprofessional! Management needs to take immediate action.
Went there I bought stuff only worth 13 rm but the cashier charged me 27 rm.He realized the mistake but refused to refund me my money. In the end i left without my stuff and my money. Not helping at all.
