Horrible experience as a tourist. The staff refused to top up my Touch 'n Go card, lying that the system was 'offline.' Seconds later, he topped up the card of a local woman right before my eyes. Absolutely unacceptable🤢.
They open and close as they want
Waited so long for the staff ( male staff looks sabahan, hair like group st12.) to come at the counter. When he came to the counter with an lazy attitude 2 hand in the pockets. Lazy to serve customer with only 1 hand. If lazy then no need work. Dont know what is the function 2 hands in pocket..u think you are now working as model? *bad customer service.
Very poor customer service by the guy in the night shift. Shouted at me and other customers telling us to leave and he would close the store multiple times throughout the day without any notice.
