Terrible customer service! This is the 3rd time I’ve faced this. I had to wait at the counter for 10 minutes just to check out for an urgent purchase. When I called for help, Pakistani look showed a very angry and rude attitude. Extremely impolite and unprofessional! Management needs to take immediate action.
Went there I bought stuff only worth 13 rm but the cashier charged me 27 rm.He realized the mistake but refused to refund me my money. In the end i left without my stuff and my money. Not helping at all.

i’d give 0 stars if i could but i cant, so ill give 1 star. this place is perpetually closed. please dont waste your time with coming to this shop. i’ve been to this shop 4 times and each time, the door is locked but the lights are on. the worker (bald guy) is just sitting outside the store loitering and talking to his friends. when i asked him to open the door, he said he wants to rest for 1 hour. despite me coming at different times each day, i just happened to coincide with his “1 hour” rest time every day.
