Not once, but twice, the same staff member (lady with tudung) express annoyance toward customers by sighing during routine transactions. Today, it happened again when I showed my 7E app for QR scanning. Customers are simply using the services provided by the store. There is no reason to make them feel like an inconvenience. Professionalism, respect, and humility should be part of basic customer service.
Convenient place to sit through the day, lost of choice of food, drinks especially coffee and overall simple for a 7-11 store. The only thing I'm sad about revisit here is there's no more onigiri for sale. I guess people more opt to buy japan food near ipc outlet and so forth
Good assortments even for a small outlet of 7-Eleven! Was able to find a mini or portable sewing kit (needles, safety pins, thread) in this outlet. The candies collection is great too.
