Came around 9 AM for breakfast but the store was closed again with a “break/prayer” sign. This happens way too often to be called a coincidence. Is this outlet run by one person? A “24-hour” sign doesn’t mean much if the store keeps shutting. Easily one of the most unreliable 7-Eleven outlets. Staff vibe is cold and unwelcoming. Management really needs to do better. Againnn??!!
11/04/2025 ( Takde pt pun i pergi 7E jalan bukit tadi…but when i dah byar tuh okey lagi..but time i nk bagi duit tuh air sluppe tuh cam bocor keluar air ..and then i bagitau dia tumpah…but u tak kisah air tuh melimpah ke..staff tak friendly and muka ketat je..maybe i ganggu dia…before masuk kedai senyum ii sorang maybe tgh call dgn sape ii..bila i dah masuk terus muka ketat…time settle byar..dia cakap sorang ..maybe marah sebab i ganggu dia and sebab air tumpah..i tolong lap bukan biarkan camtuh je…hopefully ada perubahan ..... read more
Only one working. Staff bring baby and toddler to work. Kids are all over the store playing with things. Mother screams at children and beat them despite store having customers. Very uncomfortable experience. Every sunday same thing. Hire more staff.

I’m disappointed with this store’s service. The hours are clearly advertised as being open 24 hours, yet multiple times I have visited only to find the store closed. It’s incredibly frustrating and misleading. Please update the hours to reflect the actual schedule or ensure the store remains open as advertised. This repeated inconvenience is unacceptable.
