Good staff
We weren't expecting five-star service, but at the very least, customers shouldn't be greeted with an unfriendly attitude and an unpleasant tone. I'm referring to one of your Indian female staff members. If this kind of attitude continues, she will only drive customers away and negatively affect your business.
Very poor customer service. The indian staff girl member was rude and seemed annoyed when i asked questions about products. Her tone was unfriendly and she repeatedly dismissed questions by saying items were unavailable without trying to help. This created a negative experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training.
Staff very polite and service is good.
