I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I went all the way to your outlet, only to be told that your system wasn’t working and the machine couldn’t scan, so I couldn’t even make a payment. Seriously? How is this acceptable? What if someone urgently needed to complete a transaction? Are they just supposed to walk away with no solution?
