I would like to file a formal complaint regarding an unpleasant experience at 7-Eleven located below Dsara Condo, Sungai Buloh. On 12/2/2026 at approximately 4:35 AM, I visited the store to purchase some items. During my visit, I was treated with a very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude by one of your staff members. The employee showed clear impatience through facial expressions and behavior. I’ve wait for 20minutes and the worker still hasn’t come back from the toilet
Very poor service. The short man staff I think is night shift or what his attitude is very bad. He spoke impatiently Am I interrupting his phone? lol better fire him 🙄
Very poor service, I go third time to redeem the voucher, but still cannot, just give the reason that system haven't set to scan the voucher.
