I went in today but there was a staff member who had a cleft lip and palate, as if he was dissatisfied with the service. Every time I went in to use the service,
bad service, no small change. Because they didn't have any change, they confiscated my balsne money. no more visiting 7-Eleven, black listed
Lousiest customer service and bad mannered employee.
We met one staff by the name of Kumar at the counter who is very polite, patience and helpful. He is very patience even though we have to trouble him to scan and redeem vouchers via 7-11 app.
