My mum always pay some bills at this 7e but found the staff always say insufficient of 5 cents. Today I tried to pay two bills. I paid the first bill with a 5 cent and the second bill also needs 5 cent. I over paid it and in return they need to refund me 75 cents but the staff only gave me 70 cents.
