I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service at your store. During my recent visit, the cashier did not know how to use the 7-Eleven app to redeem points for payment. As there were no senior staff available to assist, this caused unnecessary delay and frustration. This reflects insufficient staff training and suggests that employees may not be properly prepared before serving customers. Basic app redemption procedures should be known by all cashiers before they are assigned to serve customers.
Supposed to be 24hrs..but door is locked by a bamboo stick..waited since 745am...758am still closed
