The cashier was really rude. I waited around 15 minutes at the counter because she was busy arranging stuff at the back. I called her twice because she did'nt respond me at first. I wanted to pay, but she shouted, “Boleh sabar tak?” Honestly, I don’t mind waiting if she had just said it nicely. But the way she talked was so rude and unprofessional. Customer service should have basic manners. kalau rasa takda mood, jangan kerja dik. Semua orang ada masalah, jangan la bawak masalah kau ke tempat kerja.
