I went there specifically for the printing service, but the cashier told me they don’t offer it there. Why does the website show that printing is available, and why do they even have an advertisement poster for the service outside the store? But when I actually went there, they didn’t have it? I wasted my time going there, and I even paid online through the 7-Eleven website beforehand. This is really frustrating and misleading.

7-11 is actually not 7-11, Honestly I think 7-11 Malaysia should consider rebranding to 10-10.
