The staff is so rude came in to get some stuff and he was scanning some stuff while I was waiting at the counter he made it seem like I’m not there and all then he came so rude he was like bayar guna apa then after scan he just walked off no thank you no nothing the lady staff are much better

The store is nice and conveniently located close to my home. However, I tend to avoid visiting when a certain staff crew is on shift. The staff is female, tall and usually works the evening shifts. Unfortunately, her attitude can come across as rude and passive-aggressive, which makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. At first, I let it slide, but this has happened every time I visit, so it's clearly a behavior issue.
