Terrible service. Asked for a receipt twice to make sure the cashier heard me, and she rudely told me to 'sabar' while I was already waiting patiently. No thanks, won't be coming back.
Every time I come here, the staff locks the door, at 11 pm they lock it, at 12 am they lock it, even at 2 am they lock it. There are always different reasons given for locking the door. Don’t advertise as 24 hours if it can’t actually operate 24 hours. When the door is locked, I have to knock for a very long time and wait for a long time, and it turns out the staff are hiding in the office. If you can’t keep the shop open, then don’t open it at all. Staff very rude!
The cashier did not know how to use the 7-Eleven app to redeem points for payment. As there were no senior staff available to assist, this caused unnecessary delay and frustration.
