Never purchase anything from this 7-11. Today is the first, and it was the worst experience ever. I wanted to buy a Umobile SIM, so I inquired. The attendant, named RAZON, wasn't very helpful when I asked about the plan or packages. However, he was very keen to help me activate the card, mentioning activation could be done in 7/11. That chinese guy working there has some sort of mental illness. Treats customers with disrespect n yelling at customers. First time in my life seeing such horrible customer service. Not only that, memang have tng but he purposely dont want to let people use tng (maybe scared fake/scam?) then say cash only. I give him cash, he checks it for 2 whole minutes then only keeps quiet and gives me the receipt. Im chinese myself but it's my 1st time seeing such service. No wonder he is still working in a 7-11 😒
