datang sini jam 12.18am and almost 12.30am, then kitorang call number yang ada dekat situ untuk tanya confirmation if he still on break time. lepastu dia kata " saya tengah makan " IN HARSH TONE. and i say sorry, if tengah makan takpe. a few minutes he comeback, saya still cakap sorry LEPASTU ABBAS MIAH NI BUAT MUKA? andd keep saying dia tengah makan dengan nada kurang ajar, CUSTOMER DA CAKAP SORRY KOT. lepastu sepanjang dalam kedai bole buat muka, teruk gila services.

this outlet is super unreliable at night. staff somehow has to go toilet or disappears at the same time every night. would give this outlet zero stars. outlet across at high park is more reliable and convenient. staff at Kelana Parkview outlet is useless. do better

please improve your staff attitude, your staff is so rude ?!? If i was remember the cashier name is abbas miah he even use harsh tone toward customers

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! I went there to buy a Musang King Cake, and when I was about to make payment at the cashier, the staff intentionally scanned two items, one of which belonged to a kid who was there with his dad (the dad was busy talking on the phone). I clearly saw the staff scan both my cake and the kid’s item, but he immediately told me the total was RM7. I asked him twice to confirm because I knew the durian cake only costs RM4.
