minta tolong ea nasihat kan staff nama firdaus tu , sebelum dia akan berjumpa buku bertemu ruas , sangat biadap n rasa diri dia terpaling bagus . kalau rasa takboleh kerja dalam bidang ni berhenti je . dia takde hak nak menilai pembeli . kalau rasa takboleh nak menjual tutup saja kedai . bercakap dngan customer macam nak bergaduh lepastu bila saya tanya apa masalah dia bercakap di sebalik mask , apa yg dingomel kan pun taktahu seolah respon nya tidak berpuas hati

One of the staff are extremely rude. He cussed at me for not closing the door after entering... My reason was, there was another customer want to enter so my courtesy to let it open. As regular customer, I am displeased by his act and behaviour whenever I enter 7E. give off bad vibe. However the Chinese staff with hair, are kindhearted. love his CS tho. just dont talk with the bald guy.

During my visit, I encountered unacceptable behavior from one of your staff members named (Firdaus). This is not the 1st time happen, as a regular customer I expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism which was clearly lacking in this instance. I kindly request that this matter be looked into and appropriate action be taken to ensure better customer service in the future. I would also appreciate a response regarding the outcome of this complaint

Tolong la nasihat or amik tindakan sikit dekat ur staff nama FIRDAUS. sgt kurang ajar dan takde skills CS langsung. i pernah kena body shaming ya dgn dia. dia pandai ya cakap di sebalik mask dia. banyakk kali i dah kena dgn dia. kawan 2 i pun kena dgn dia. please dont make us boikot ur store!!

Perkhidmatan yang teruk. memandangkan masa tu saya tiada duit kecil staff bernama firdaus menyuruh saya pergi cari duit kecil dengan nada yang kurang baik dan memandang saya seperti muka tidak puas hati.
