I really liked one of the staff members there—I’ve forgotten her name, so I just called her "Amoy" (as a nickname). She was very respectful towards all her customers. There was a time when I didn't know how to top up my Touch 'n Go card, and she quickly stepped in to help. Kudos to her parents for raising her so well. However, after she left the job, the other staff members were not quite as quick to respond or offer assistance.
Maaf, saya bukan berniat untuk memburukkan mana-mana pihak. Saya cuma ingin berkongsi pengalaman sebagai pelanggan. Saya berharap pihak 7-Eleven, khususnya manager wanita, dapat memberikan layanan yang lebih mesra, lembut dan berbudi bahasa kepada setiap pelanggan. Saya faham bekerja memang memenatkan dan setiap orang ada tekanan masing-masing. Tolonglah bagi Service terbaik untuk semua customer, kami tak orang tak mintak banyak just kamu orang layan baik-baik sahaja kami sudah sangat Happy. tapi... saya tak mahu marah awak. tapi serves you orang sangat bad :( saya tidak tahu itu Staff perempuan Manager atau hanya staff biasa... tolong bersikap sopan ya terhadap customer tq :(
