Card can't be used but customer not informed. Only when come to counter. Staff mumbled coz the cashier machine beside him spoilt. Why not just stick a sign at the door so customers are aware before they pick the items? Coz many ppl don't carry lot of cash and prefer use card
Today I went to 7-Eleven to buy something. When I arrived, I saw a staff member mopping the floor, so I politely asked if I could enter. The staff member named Shafiqah had a very rude attitude. She looked unhappy and walked away without responding to me at all. I felt ignored and disrespected as a customer. I hope the management can look into this matter and improve staff customer service.🙄
