I’ve been a loyal customer at this 7-Eleven for almost 8–10 years. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. The staff on duty seemed to lack basic customer service skills. Their body language and eye contact were not appropriate for a retail environment. I truly hope the management takes this matter seriously and provides proper customer service training to ensure the store’s reputation is not affected.
