There's customers that queueing for at least 10mins at the counter but the cashier can simply chit chat at the store. And need customer to call them, just then he come out to do the job. Are you guys being paid to chit chat or what? No manners! Not respecting others' time!
what a bad attitude of the cashier, i visited on 7 Oct afternoon time about 12pm, i with no small note and i paid Rm10 to buy a bread, if you hv no small change you can open your mouth and ask can then i can use wallet to pay, but you didnt ask and query me back why you dont tell early can pay by e wallet, is this my problem or why you dont offer me before you collect my cash Rm10, no small note is that my problem? and show me the face that you are not happy! very rude ppl ever i met, spoil ppl mood.
Very poor service Everytime no Aircond. All the chocolate melts. Not first time .Manytimes. when ask the bangla guy said already inform boss. This is how you run your business? Spoil the 7/11 name . Please improve . Will take up this to HQ. Please wake up you gonna loose business if this go on. KK Mart just beside . YuC shop also beside .
