Hi ... I am regular customer to 7-Eleven kkb last time the workers was so friendly but nowadays I won't go to the 7-Eleven because of the stuff I waited for my food other customer came also she like lifting a hybrid and ask what you want I was so angry then customer was also so angry when was my time she after she took my order she throw my balance in the counter almost five times she did like this so I hope 7-Eleven takes some responsibility to change or to advise her to be nice because of her lot of customers not coming th... read more

BAD SANGAT ! Dah la gi bagi cash rm70 suruh masuk TNG TAPI BAGI CELCOM! Kalau sikit tkpe ni banyak dah la duit tu saya Nak postage barang tau … aku nak maki hamun je tkdi biar pompuan sama pompuan sakit hati duit tula duit customer nak postage barang bila pergi cakap takleh tukar what the helllll !

I am a regular customer who buys breakfast at 7E Equi Residence almost every morning. However, I am quite disappointed with the attitude and service of one of the staff members, which seemed unfriendly and unprofessional towards customers. I hope the management can look into this to improve customer service quality.

Pada 30/4/2026 saya beli 2 jenis onigiri. kedua-dua intinya masam dan berlendir ketika di makan. tak seperti biasa saya beli. rasanya lari jauh sangat seperti biasa. masa tu saya perasan chiller tempat sushi tak sejuk dan warm. saya ambil onigiri tanpa fikir buruk. akhirnya memang onigiri rosak yang saya dapat. tolong baiki sistem pekerja, yang merosakkan kedai ni selalu pekerja. tolong nasihat pekerja untuk lebih cakna.
