I’ve been a regular customer at this 7-Eleven outlet, and I want to say that the previous staff were always very friendly and provided great service. I really appreciated how welcoming and efficient they were. But recently, the service has become terrible. There’s a new employee (Malay girl, looks a bit older), and her attitude is extremely rude.
