I would like to lodge a serious complaint regarding the staff attitude at 7-Eleven. The service provided is highly unprofessional. Staff display unpleasant facial expressions and appear unwilling or insincere when serving customers. What is even more disappointing is that staff are often not present at the service area. Instead, they remain inside the store room and fail to attend to customers who are waiting. This shows a lack of responsibility and very poor work ethics.
