Staff SUPER RUDE!!!
Place was relatively clean for store standards, staff was super rude. SUPER RUDE. I asked her can I use tng for my shopee payment , she loudly said tak boleh, cash sahaja. And was angrily staring at me, so I just asked her to cancel. Just replace the staff, so rude. EDIT : I can use touchngo ewallet to pay, I dont know if its just her attitude. For sanity, please fire her. If she want to do a cashier job, be kind for once. Many complains about her already 😂
The quality of the products are up to par, but I can't say the same thing for the attitude of the staff nor the manager. When I was checking out, I was having a casual conversation with my friend when the staff told me to lower my voice in a very unprofessional and impolite way (she didn't even say "excuse me"!). I did as told as I didn't want to agitate her and I didn't want to hurt her feelings nor shame her in front of my mate or the other people in the store, but did she even consider us customers?
