Wrongly buy Panadol children and immediately request to change to other items. But the Indian woman cashier said it is not allow to change item after purchased. Is this 7-Eleven SOP? I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the behaviour of one of the Indian staff members at your 7-Eleven outlet. When I entered the store and politely asked about a top up, the staff member responded in a very rude manner. Their tone and attitude were disrespectful and unprofessional. It was clear that they did not know how to welcome customers or handle customer enquiries properly.
