staff baik n friendly 🥰
Wrongly buy Panadol children and immediately request to change to other items. But the Indian woman cashier said it is not allow to change item after purchased. Is this 7-Eleven SOP? When I realised wrong item, I still inside the shop and not yet leave. I Request many times to change item, not return item. But the Indian woman cashier insist that 7-Eleven not allow customer to change item. So bad attitude and not friendly. 7-Eleven management, pls clarify
rubbish staff and manager facevery action
