Around 11pm on March 11, I visited this 7-Eleven to buy kimchi fried rice and wontons. The cashier was extremely helpful and kindly assisted me in heating up my food. She even made sure the food wasn’t overheated in the microwave. It’s rare to meet such a caring and attentive employee. I truly appreciate her service and hope the company recognizes and values staff like her.

By far the worst 7-Eleven I have ever experienced. And it was not a surprise that some other users also reviewed my sentiments. The staff who work there take their own sweet time to serve customers. I visited on 6th July 2025, at 645pm, the person at the cashier, a lady of Indian origin, took like half a minute to respond even after I placed the items at the counter.
