Ahli 7-Eleven berhak mendapat diskaun, tetapi saya akhirnya membayar harga penuh. Selepas menjelaskan perkara ini kepada kerani lelaki itu, dia enggan memberi saya bayaran balik dan tidak menawarkan sebarang bentuk pampasan lain. Dia bertindak seolah-olah itu adalah haknya, dan sikapnya sangat buruk.

Around 11pm on March 11, I visited this 7-Eleven to buy kimchi fried rice and wontons. The cashier was extremely helpful and kindly assisted me in heating up my food. She even made sure the food wasn’t overheated in the microwave. It’s rare to meet such a caring and attentive employee. I truly appreciate her service and hope the company recognizes and values staff like her.
