Disappointed by the way I was treated during the night shift. The staff’s attitude and the way they carried out their work were unnecessarily loud and unpleasant, making customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Good customer service is not just about getting the job done, but also about showing basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was clearly lacking.
