Thats staff indian(malam) only simpan barang promosi for himself and his friend only, ataupon customer bagi upah kt dia untuk simpan, 7eleven company offer by 1 free 1 for magmun but some of ice cream only the staff take for them and bungkus dalam plastik.... Its there fair for another loyal customer x sempat beli, kalau asyik bersikap begini customer pon xnak mari la, ni bukti perangai staff kt sini
Shame on 7 eleven. Staff is extremely rude. Bought a chocolate bar had no small change. Gave him RM 50. He accepted it and started banging the cash register in and out a few times. Then told him no need to get angry. Let me try TnG. He says already pressed cash. After gathered my change, he just drop them on my hand. Coins just fell and rolled down the floor and underneath the cash register cabinet which unfortunately unretrievable. It says 24hours in google but when i enter the shop at 6 something in the morning the staff just chase me away and said “we are closed” lol. But few days back i can enter and buy with the same time which is 6 something in the morning. How come.? Not consistent. Better train staff to obey the shop opening time. If the time already change, pls update it in the google so that people will know.
Sell expired snacks. Bought on October 27 but expired date is on July 30.
