Semalam saya beli topup digi rm10 atas nama staff AEDLIOVY JOHN . Harini saya dtg utk bertanya kenapa topup sy beli semalam tidak boleh pakai , dia jawab "ouh itu saya tidak tau" . Saya pun bekas staff 7eleven , sekurang2 nya tahu utk settle itu problem sama ada call itu helpline atau check tu topup bila punya , manatahu terbagi topup yg kau suda pakai kan . Org lain pun kerja dek jadi sama2 lah faham . Sy datang sana cakap lembut² kan . Saya beli topup , bayar bill dekat 7e depan upperstar tu tidak pernah ada masalah ya
so disgusting and so rude,kita tanya tu setidaknya kamu menjawp, kalau tengah badmood jangan buang dekat customer🙂
