Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Lack of Staff Presence I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident at your 7-Eleven outlet. On 18/3/2026 at approximately 4:36am, I visited the store and found that there was no staff present at the cashier counter. I waited for more than five (5) minutes, yet no one came to assist me. 10 mins??? Brother!! I waited for 30 mins!!!! Where the hell the staff went?? At least hire la 2 staffs!!
Cashier was a nice girl, but the 7-11 failed to provide a full variety of food like those you would see like in Thailand. It was very basic and we were expecting to buy a lot like we usually do when we visit Thailand but we ended up buying 2 items and then we headed back over to the 99 market across the street to finish our shopping.
Very bad service. Wont accept any purchase. Reason. Ending shift. Need to wait. Just buy from opposite 99 Speedmart
