I ordered 5 NG Berlado, instead of contacting me for replacement or cancelling order for lacking available items, they just switched to NG Telur… Unacceptable work ethics. Should have contacted me to consult the order. They think they can replace (without my permission tho) just because both are same price. Who taught you to do that?
