说好的买一送一，结果我付款时却不是买一送一的价格，而是两份的价格。我没有注意到并付款，我发现后也及时跑回去和商家说了。结果得到的回复是已经system扫描了无法退款？watthe 好，没办法退款那我就说我再各拿多一份算送的可不可以，他说不可以，得重新买过才能买一送一。(三个问号) 疑问一: 既然在柜子贴了买一送一，为什么在付款时没有通知而是扫描两份，付款两份价格？ 疑问二: 及时找回柜台了，反馈了为什么不是及时解决？
